About the Synthesizer:
Swar Systems SwarPlug is a hardware synthesizer with VST plugin support. It's based on the same technology as many other DAWs' effect plugins, but with a very unique sonic personality that couldn't be achieved via any other means. It is capable of producing pads, chords, leads and more. Each oscillator consists of two basic waveforms (sawtooth or pulse). The oscillator mix can be modulated by two LFOs. SwarPlug has FM, FM2, subtractive synthesis, subtractive synthesis with distortion/overdrive, 1-pole analog low-pass/ band-pass/ high-pass resonant filter and 2 LFOs. Its huge internal preset library contains over 300 presets designed to ease beginners into the world of synthesis or to expand the sonic possibilities for advanced users. The synth's interface is simple but elegant. It was built for sound designers whose main focus is sound rather than needless effects or gimmicky features that get in the way of creating sounds. It has a very intuitive and easy-to-understand user interface which makes it easy to use and provides many controls and features that allow for complex harmonic structures and rich, organic sounds.
